this time I share with you about Daily Activities Missed by our Conscious Mind

Before discussing further, it helps us all understand in advance by the concept of Brain Wave 4 that works on our brains are truly extraordinary

Okay I'll just tell you the area of our brain, which is the area here is the fourth phase of the human brain waves. Yes, humans have four brain waves (beta, alpha, tetha, delta) which possess different characteristics in each phase, confused? Consider the simple explanation I was about four waves of the human brain, what happens in each phase


A glimpse of what you can catch from the 4th to the difference of the brain waves?
Certainly for those of you who are familiar with or had studied hypnosis immediately know the intent of the above image, and for you layman will definitely see the difference lies in the frequency and density of existing in each wave. That's right guys

The greater the density, the frequency of brain waves are also increasingly meeting, vice versa the smaller the frequency of the brain waves of increasingly strained. Why is that ?

Each brain waves describe the level of human consciousness, beta brain waves indicating the person in a condition increasingly aware delta waves down to the level of human consciousness also declined but remained aware only of reduced intensity scale awareness in the conscious mind. Because the real subconscious mind will remain aware about the environment.

Beta Brain Waves 

in waves are brain waves that occur when we are aware the conditions, which we are very analytical brain against each infromasi that goes into the brain. In this condition our brains trying to analyze every kind of information which is stored in the memory bank or unnecessary stored.
characteristics:
At a frequency of 13-30 Hz
Tightly frequency density
Waking: a tense, high concentrations
Activities: Working on complicated projects, Sports, Arguing, etc.

Alpha brain waves

Alpha brain waves are brain waves that occur when we are in conditions between conscious and unconscious, commonly called a trance where the mind and body feel very relaxed and casual yet focused. In this condition, it is suitable to provide positive suggestions for someone.
characteristics:
At a frequency of 7-13 Hz
Frequency density somewhat tenuous than beta
Waking state: alert but relaxed and casual, drowse
Activities: Solve problems, ideal learning, writing, reading, watching tv, playing games, etc.

Tetha brain wave

Tetha brain wave is the brain wave that occurs when the mind and body really feel relaxation, relaxed, and calm. In this condition is the right time to do hypnotherapy (psychic and mental therapy with hypnosis)
characteristics:
At a frequency of 3.5 to 7 Hz
Frequency density sprawl
Half-awake: relaxed, sleepy, sleep dreams
Activities: Looking for creative ideas, daydreaming, etc.

Delta brain wave

Delta brain wave is the brain wave that occurs when the mind and body are really in a state of full relaxation so ignore ambient conditions. In this condition the body is self-healing.
characteristics:
At a frequency of 0.5 to 3 Hz
Frequency density is very tenuous
The condition is not maintained: sensory sensor with an unbroken
Activities: dreamless deep sleep (sleep kebo), coma


I think a brief explanation of the above can be digested by the layman, and now I will give you a question related to our daily brain waves that certainly you do every day without you knowing it.


1. Have you ever thought about the mechanism of the order when you take a bath? eg taking a towel, measure the amount of toothpaste, soap, or shampoo in use?

I personally have never , I just thought "everything as needed. This is how the subconscious, without calculation because everything happens automatically granted and recorded every day. It was like when asked about the multiplication of one number we certainly was not thinking anymore because everything is stored in the subconscious. Whenever we need the information on automatic subconscious mind gets trigger to occur to the conscious mind.


2. When first learning to ride a bicycle / motorcycle / car certainly clumsy and stiff, right? But after adept and clever all happen right? Why is that?

Yup right once, when first learning to drive for sure we will all be clumsy / rigid control. But, if you have advanced so everything runs smoothly for granted. In this case the conscious mind to work at the beginning we learn to drive, work to analyze critical factor guess "what to do next.

Example: First should contact the ON position, then pull the clutch and then insert it into 1st gear, then pull the gas slowly while removing the clutch. If there are bumps on the brake while the brake and depress the clutch also lower the gear. And so on until we absolutely "proficient and all information is stored in the subconscious, and we do not need to remember every detial step. It just happened.


3. Have when you are reading / playing games and was asked by parents to undergo something but you still preoccupied with the focus on what you are doing at that moment and ignore all orders given to you?

Very often, when my high school, I always learn at such an hour. Are there any results? I was ranked (arrogant ). If you use this way, God willing, you definitely very easy to memorize lessons and the result is a class rank .

Now back again recalled on the post above, during sleep the brain waves are in phase tetha-delta, when just woken up the brain waves are in alpha phase. Well in this alpha state is an effective time to enter any information to remember quickly. Actually, besides the early morning, this alpha state can be created whenever we want, if I already embed the anchor just by closing his eyes and snapped his fingers and pray, then after that I was in the alpha condition and ready to learn.


In addition to easy memorize my way is the only way to learn to read the first chapter will be studied with a focus, then make a note back from what has been read, take a nap pretty 5-30 minutes (which is important to sleep) as long as not too long since given time that I use to learn hehehe ... After waking directly, should wash or stabilize short break direct brain to learn to use a note that I made. This method is effective for a person who has a visual way of learning, to learn how Auditory and Kinesthetic try to find your own way of learning


5. When you are sleeping very soundly, then have someone wake you up and make you shocked ,then when you wake up you will feel dizzy? Why be dizzy?

You certainly never experienced anything so right, why ?? Remember back in the post above. When we sleep the brain waves are at tetha-delta conditions, and when waking / conscious brain condition in a state of beta-alpha.

Then what to do why it could be a headache ?? See the density of the frequency on each phase brain waves, when sleep we are in the phase of brain waves tetha / delta where the density of the frequency is so tenuous that indicates that we are so very relaxed and comfortable, when she was awakened with a start, the condition of the brain waves move directly to the condition of beta-alpha causing direct frequency docked and in the condition requires us aware. Imagine what happens ?? Displacement jump frequency so hurry up that causes our heads become dizzy.

so How it is ? So much so events a day "we do where everything is controlled more by the subconscious rather than the conscious mind.

Now understand the related brain waves, and therefore if we are want to memorize something try lowering the frequency of alpha waves us into that information can be absorbed strongly by the memory bank

Imagine if our daily life is greatly influenced conscious mind? Our lives are filled with mathematical and it will all happen very long and time was wasted hehehe ...

It's powerful abilities of our brain that has been given by God We're grateful for all that has been given by HIS


"So Which favors of your Lord will ye deny?"

Because many are asking the same thing about how to get in alpha state,  Here's how it simply:

1. Position the body sit up straight but relax or lie down, keep quiet surrounding conditions.
2. Pray the Divine with a positive goal and say affirmations to myself
3. Close your eyes, and the respiratory set. Breathe deeply through your nose, hold a few seconds, exhale slowly through the mouth. (Do as much as approximately 10x)
4. After that try to feel the pulse or heartbeat, and focusing on it, and set deep breathing we inhale while visualizing the positive energy that is around when taking a breath, and dispose of negative energy in the body when breathed
5. If only did focus on the pulse / heart rate for approximately 5 minutes.
6. after that do pull breathing through your nose, hold, exhale through the mouth 10x again for closure
7. Open your eyes slowly, intend to carry out the activities planned
